Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers for the company’s platform and products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and resolution in our support database
- Stay up to date with the latest product information and updates.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
