About the role
Monitor, triage, and respond to security events on government engagements, integrating with managed-SOC partners and supporting incident response and NIST 800-171 continuous monitoring. ITC does not operate a standing 24/7 SOC; this role works within client and partner SOC arrangements per-engagement.
IT Custom Solution is founder-led, bootstrapped, and small. The work is real federal contracting · proposals, ATO documentation, CMMC posture, CLIN math. We don't fabricate roles or benefitswe can't actually deliver. If this position is open today, you'll hear from the founder directly within one business day. Requirements
- ·3+ years SOC/SIEM experience
- ·CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification
- ·Experience with Splunk, CrowdStrike, or similar
- ·Active Secret clearance required
