IT Custom Solution LLC respects your right to have your information deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of any information we hold from your interactions with our Facebook Page or Instagram account.

What you can have deleted
Any record we hold of your public comments on our posts, your direct messages to our accounts, and the public username or display name attached to them.
How to request it
Email hello@itcustomsolution.com from any address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the Facebook or Instagram username you used to interact with us. We confirm and complete deletion of the records we hold within 30 days.
Delete at the source
You can also delete your own comments and messages directly on Facebook or Instagram at any time, which removes them at the source.
What we keep
On a valid request we delete the interaction records associated with the username you provide, except where we are required to retain limited records to comply with law.
