§ Careers · The next name on the wall

We're not hiring. Yet.

There is no roster of open roles on this page. There will not be one until we know exactly which seat needs to be filled. Discipline before headcount · that's how the company has stayed solvent, and how the next hire stays built to last.

§ 01 · How we hire

The empty state is the design.

One paragraph. One reply.
Standing position · Reviewed quarterly
We hire the operators who keep the country running.

We're not actively hiring · but if you've shipped on a real engagement and want to build the software side of the firm, write to us. The next role we open will be filled by someone who's already in the inbox.

§ 01.a · What we look forThree signals · No checklists
01Operator instinct

You've sat on the other side of the table.

Agency side, prime side, or the SOC. You can read a SOW and feel where the risk lives · before the kickoff, before the first delay, before the change order.

02Engagement-tested

You've delivered against a real solicitation.

Not a slide deck. Not a hackathon. CLIN math, FAR Part 15, CMMC posture · these are conversations, not a curriculum. You've already been in them.

03Bilingual

Both rooms are home.

You can sit in a Tuesday standup with engineers and a Wednesday status call with a contracting officer. The vocabulary changes; the standard doesn't.

§ 01.bHow to get on the radar

Drop a note to lu@itcustomsolution.com · one paragraph on what you've shipped on a real engagement. We read every one. We replywhen there's something worth saying.
