Learners and technical professionals
Career World
Work through technical scenarios with a terminal, topology, coaching, evidence and progress review.
Practice progress stays distinct from graded assessment attempts. The simulation is not a live virtual machine.
Assigned candidates and reviewers
Graded assessment
Complete a separate assessment attempt, inspect task evidence and review the recorded score in its proper context.
An invitation and its permitted attempt define access. A score does not make a hiring decision.
Learners, instructors and organization teams
Education & Workplace
Organize classes, assignments and learner progress; coordinate workplace people and assigned equipment with appropriate consent and membership checks.
Organization, learner and guardian permissions stay distinct. Availability depends on the enabled workspace and its scope.
Recruiters and hiring managers
Hiring
Define roles, review candidates and authorized assessment evidence, document a human decision and prepare an approved workforce handoff.
Candidate records and private notes keep their original ownership and access restrictions.
People teams, managers and recipients
Workforce
Coordinate joining, changes, departures and returns with ordered journey steps, documents, invitations and readiness evidence.
An approval does not prove access was provisioned or revoked. Recipient and auditor links carry their own grants.
Delivery owners and assigned operators
Delivery
Carry an awarded obligation through milestones, submission, acceptance and recovery to closeout, keeping the responsible owner and record version visible.
A submitted deliverable is not accepted work. Closeout requires each obligation resolved with its evidence.
Compliance owners and authorized reviewers
Compliance
Track applicable requirements against the engagement, attach review evidence, record findings and keep an auditor-readable trail.
A tracked requirement is not a certification. A compliance review does not issue an attestation and cannot claim a clean record.
Record owners, reviewers and permitted recipients
Evidence
Keep the original file, its versions and its provenance beside the work. Share a scoped record with named recipients, then review or revoke that access.
Sharing a record does not transfer ownership. Revoked access cannot recall a copy the recipient already downloaded.
Operators, administrators and reviewers
Integrations
Follow connector operations, jobs, document versions, signatures and audit evidence without losing the responsible owner or record history.
Connector availability is operation-specific. Acknowledgment, electronic signature and a confirmed provider result are different outcomes.
Connections with clear responsibility.
A coherent workspace keeps the person, organization, source record and next owner together. Each action still needs the right permission and an authoritative result.

Know who can act.
Company membership, candidate ownership, learner access and invitation links are checked separately. A matching email address does not establish a record link.

Keep the exact record.
Preserve document versions, attempt history, decisions and source references. Opening an assessment or document does not complete its task.
- 03 / Operations
Confirm what happened.
Review, execution and recovery have different states. Existing delivery, compliance and connector operations are carried forward with their own access and verification requirements.
Capability availability is specific.
A public preview, existing engine or named connector does not establish a completed shared release. Confirm supported actions, account access and applicable terms in the destination before relying on a workflow.

ITC Portal brings employee requests, tasks, expenses, equipment and people operations into an internal company workspace. Its users are ITC employees and explicitly authorized collaborators; it is separate from the commercial Winrove platform.
Company sign-in is live. Access requires an authorized company membership, and this page does not issue an account or invitation.
