SaaS products.
ITC is a software house before it is a federal contractor. Some of what we build runs the contract: Winrove, OpsTicket and OnboardIQ are live. Some of it has nothing to do with government at all: Alex Folzi is a consumer product we own and control outright, in development now. Same bench, same discipline, two different markets. The fourth of our four practices.
Winrove
● LiveProposal automation and capture intelligence for federal bidders. Parse RFPs in minutes, build the compliance matrix automatically, draft proposal sections from your past performance. Built for the people who actually have to submit by 5:00pm.
winrove.com →OnboardIQ
● LiveThe eleven days from offer or award to Day 1: documents, signatures, I-9 with E-Verify, clearance prep, equipment, and system access. That includes subcontractor and key-personnel packets on awarded contracts.

OpsTicket
● LiveIT skills assessment and recruiting for the IT services world. Real terminals, not multiple-choice quizzes. Seven skill tracks. Scores are computed from a bounded rubric against terminal evidence, not a model grade. Verified hash-anchored certificates. Recruiters get discovery and a Kanban hiring pipeline. Workplace modules are an enterprise add-on scoped in a written quote.

The products didn't come from a whiteboard.
Winrove was built because we lost a bid for missing a Section L requirement on page 47. OpsTicket was built because hiring IT talent through multiple-choice quizzes cannot tell you who can actually fix a misbehaving server at 2am.
Every product is a scar. We turned ours into software you can rent.

● In development · site liveConsumer fashion technology, built by ITC under the Alex Folzi brand. A guided phone scan produces body measurements with visible confidence; a photographed digital wardrobe; garment templates from wedding dress to suit; per-brand size evidence at the point of purchase. The consumer proof of the same engineering discipline behind our federal work.

Winrove, OpsTicket, and OnboardIQ are separate systems. Buyers can use one or all. They do not share a login or a single data model today.
The federal contract arc
RFP → response
Winrove parses the RFP, builds the compliance matrix, drafts the response. Submit by 5:00.
Live · winrove.comNeed → hire
OpsTicket runs real terminal assessments for IT roles · helpdesk through AI foundations · grades on methodology, and certifies the bench you draw from for the next award.
Live · tryopsticket.comAward → ready
OnboardIQ runs the clock from award to first-day-on-contract: per contract clause, not a generic HR checklist. The names on the proposal stay tracked through performance.
