Platform and hosting requirements
Implementation is scoped after the platform, account access, data-handling requirements and delivery resources are confirmed. Required provider authorizations do not transfer to ITC as a company.
Spend audit & right-sizing
Quarterly review of spend, idle resources, and reserved-capacity strategy. Advisory format. We are not a standing managed FinOps service. We hand the recommendations to your team for execution.

Data-location requirements
Define where each workload and its data may be processed, which providers are involved and what evidence the buyer requires. Data location must be checked for the proposed configuration.

Winrove is ITC’s software platform. Its design connects contracting, skills, people workflows and operational evidence. Existing software and a named provider do not establish a completed shared release, a supported connector action or a particular cloud authorization. A client cloud engagement needs its own architecture, data-location and security review.

Are you a FedRAMP-authorized cloud provider?
No. ITC does not hold a FedRAMP authorization. We support agencies and prime contractors with FedRAMP-facing documentation, subprocessor posture writeups, and 3PAO coordination. The authorization itself sits with the underlying CSP.
Which cloud platforms do you work in?
Platform choice follows the workload and authorization requirements. Any government-cloud implementation requires confirmation of account access, specialist capability and delivery scope.
Do you offer managed FinOps?
Advisory only. We run quarterly spend audits and produce written right-sizing recommendations. We do not maintain a standing managed FinOps service, and we don't take a percentage of savings. Your finance team owns execution.
