IT Custom Solution LLC Receives National NMSDC MBE Certification

New York, NY. July 8, 2026. IT Custom Solution LLC announced its Minority Business Enterprise certification through the New York and New Jersey Minority Supplier Development Council, an NMSDC affiliate. Certificate NY100001102 was issued on June 18, 2026 and is valid through June 30, 2027.

The credential adds a national supplier-diversity lane to IT Custom Solution's existing public posture as a New York City MBE certified and SAM.gov registration (verify current status on SAM.gov; registration alone does not establish eligibility) firm.

“Certification is useful only when it connects to work a buyer can actually source. For us, that means showing up with clear services, clean facts, and the discipline to say exactly where we can help.”

Olufela “Lu” Fagbure, Founder and Director of IT Custom Solution LLC

ITC’s practices span pursuit and teaming, consulting and AI advisory, technology services, and Winrove software. As of this September editorial update, Winrove is the company’s software platform. Contracting, skills assessment, hiring and onboarding capabilities are being consolidated under that name; the transition remains in progress.

NMSDC certification supports participation in supplier-diversity programs that recognize the credential. Each buyer determines its qualification, registration and sourcing requirements; certification does not guarantee a contract award.
