Reference contacts are shared per-request with contracting officers and qualified evaluators. We do not publish verbatim client quotes without written permission · most agencies' communications policies make that infeasible.
How references actually work.
IT Custom Solution LLC has documented past performance on two competitive government hardware bids · the details of which are published on our Past Performance page. For each engagement, we maintain the contract, purchase order, invoice, and point-of-contact information required to support formal Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs).
Client testimonial quotes are not published on this page as a matter of policy. Publishing a verbatim client quote requires explicit written permission from that client to use their name, title, and agency · which is not always consistent with our clients' internal communications policies. We prefer to send the actual reference contact information directly to your contracting officer or evaluation team when a reference is requested.
