IT Custom Solution LLC is a leading provider of IT solutions for businesses in both the government and private sectors. We are seeking a technically savvy and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our team and help us provide technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to IT Custom Solution LLC’s clients.
- Respond to technical support inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that clients receive the support they need.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments and provide recommendations for new business opportunities.
- Document technical support inquiries and resolutions for future reference
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, with a strong understanding of the IT solutions industry
- Strong technical background and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
