Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: 100% Remote

IT Custom Solution LLC is a leading provider of IT solutions for businesses in both the government and private sectors. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us scale our company and acquire new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Provide demonstrations of IT Custom Solution LLC’s products and services to potential clients
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, and Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments, and provide recommendations for new business opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Strong understanding of the IT solutions industry, with experience in government and private sector sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
