Are you cleared?
ITC does not maintain a standing cleared bench or claim a facility clearance. Any clearance requirement is a prerequisite to assess before a delivery commitment.
DFARS 252.204-7012?
We support primes meeting DFARS 7012 requirements via NIST 800-171 self-assessment. SSP, POA&M, and incident-reporting scaffolding deliverable as part of the engagement.
Section 889 / TAA?
Compliance depends on the product and solicitation, not the distributor name alone. Country of origin, restricted equipment and manufacturer representations are checked for each proposed line item.
